However, through some bizarre series of coincidences that apparently involves playing with Gnarls Barkley at some point, Heather McIntosh of Elf Power and Circulatory System will be joining him on bass. Weird!

I sincerely hope Ms. McIntosh takes this opportunity to introduce Carter to her and her friends’ psychedelic pop universe.
