Last we heard from Mongo Skato, it was totally VHS-stepped via 1080p entitled,I Don’t Give It. Back now (with Tha Mexakinz?), he’s fronting “When Love Comes Calling (I Have Learned To Respect The Power Of Love)” that’s complete stutter beat. Clean melody samples. Rough backing vocals. Switch ups like Neapolitan ice cream. No reel sense of time. Syrup drizzling across naked sushi. Trans themes of sonic entanglement. A zone that’s friendly to everyone, but teases just as much. Mongo Skato is gearing up for SOMETHING with “When Love Comes Calling (I Have Learned To Respect The Power Of Love).” We’ll just have to jam below and wait:
