Drake gracefully enters his 30th year with new project, More Life

Having already supplied the soundtrack to my life, where it seems like every third car that passes by is playing “One Dance,” Drake has benevolently decided to soundtrack everyone’s life with his new project More Life. Drake announced the release on a special birthday edition (HBD, Drake!) of his OVO Sound Radio Show, where he also shared three new tracks.

Due out in December, More Life is being described as a “playlist,” Drake’s attempt to “provide a soundtrack to your life.” But, Drake’s music is not appropriate for all of life’s situations, as anyone who has tried to bake a soufflé while listening to “Jumpman” can attest. As such, More Life will feature new music not just from Drake, but also from other OVO Music affiliates. Who exactly these shadowy “affiliates” are, however, remains to be revealed. Seeing as how Drake has ties to pretty much everyone, this could seriously mean anything, so maybe brace yourselves for some fresh Kevin Durant bars?

Then there’s the cover art for More Life, which Drake shared last night via Instagram:

Pretty damn good. But, for what it’s worth, I feel like it can be slightly improved…

There we go!

You can check out “Sneakin’” featuring 21 Savage and “Fake Love” (two of three tracks premiered last night) below, as well as a slew of dates for Drake’s upcoming “The Boy Meets World” European tour. Hear the rest of More Life, featuring new music from Drake, and several unknown affiliates that may or may not include NBA superstar Kevin Durant, when it is released this December.
