Brainy-yet-heavy indie rock trio Helms Alee have just dropped “Tit to Toe,” the first single from their forthcoming album, Stillicide. The tune showcases the band’s penchant for taut, serpentine songwriting, combining megalithic riffage with dreamy breakdowns to typically “epic” effect.
The band will be touring the country in support of the new release, first with sludge lords Melvins in August and September, and then with post rockers Russian Circles beginning at the tail end of September on through October.
