Low insinuate that they STILL aren't sick and tired of being Low by announcing tour to coincide with new LP Ones and Sixes

Hey, sorry. I don’t know if this is relevant to your current life situation at this EXACT moment in time or not. Maybe you just spilled hot coffee all over your crotch or are about to give birth to Siamese triplets or are a robot-butler reading this in secret in the closet or something, in which case you’ve got bigger fish to fry. But if not, you should know that the band Low — the only reason I’ve ever had to type or utter the words “Duluth, Minnesota” — have announced that their new album (and follow-up to 2013’s The Invisible Way) is coming out September 11 on Sub Pop! It’s called Ones and Sixes, and it was “co-produced by Low and engineer BJ Burton at Justin Vernon’s April Base Studios in Eau Claire, WI.”

Yup! All true, all true! Heck, there’s even a tour planned and a video streaming down below for one of the album’s hot new tracks and everything. It’s even available for pre-order in a variety of relevant formats over at the Sub Pop store right now.

So yeah, I hope you don’t have too much else on your plate right now and can enjoy this cool news about Low. I know I would be, if I hadn’t just been stung on the balls by a swarm of angry yellow-jackets while bathing nude outside in blackstrap molasses, ironically while listening to Winnie the Pooh on audiobook. But… that’s just life, right?
