A Place to Bury Strangers announce US tour, supporting dates with The Black Angels

Lookout, loudness-lovers: Brooklyn noisemakers A Place to Bury Strangers have just plotted their next tour of the US, and it includes a string of dates supporting Austin, TX psych-rock mainstays The Black Angels, as well as one special show with The Flaming Lips in New Haven, CT. You can find the full list of dates below (as well as some recent footage of them slaying it live to help get your ears in the bleeding mood). Tickets are available now.

The band is bringing along a new recruit, drummer Lia Simone (Le Butcherettes, Ostrich Eyes, Peter Pants), for her touring debut with the band. They’re also busy at work on their fifth album, the follow-up to 2015’s Transfixiation, currently set for release this fall.
