New York producer Sporting Life (Ratking) is set to unleash an ambitious project called Slam Dunk, which promises to combine the beauty of vintage Michael Jordan with Manga Comics and fashion. For real.
Slam Dunk Vol. 1 is out August 26 and is an EP of music, while subsequent volumes may or may not come in the form of comic books, experimental video, and apparel. It’s all done with the assistance of the BitTorrent Discovery Fund, who would be just crazy enough to guy for an idea like this.
