Either way! Following last year’s Mental Wounds Not Healing, the peas n’ carrots duo of industrial metal projects known as Uniform and The Body are BACK for a second go at this whole tenuous “two bands sharing one album” thing.
The new LP, Everything That Dies Someday Comes Back, features nine shiny new “amalgam[s] of abrasive influence that span Swans-y dirge and purge, Whitehouse’s clenched-jaw noise, middle-period Ministry’s penchant for metallic post-industrial everything, New Order’s nose for melodic emotionality, and Juicy J-inspired beats.”
Oh, and it’s due August 16 from Sacred Bones.
Oh, and you can also get BOTH the old AND the new collaborative LPs bundled together as a handy and/or obsolete “two-in-one digipak CD.” Who wouldn’t want that?
