♫♪  Boys Age - “Don’t Gazing Me”

You’re not sure if this is a venue or just a canopy on the side of a Chinese buffet, but Boys Age is throwing a show with a drum-machine, one amp, guitar and a wireless headset mic. An audience has gathered, and you question whether they saw the flier or just congregated. The restaurant owner infrequently coming by with a big grin or crooked grimace. Weird echo effects coming off street corners and the canopy. Unsure if what’s emitting from Boys Age mouth is lyrics. Then he drops “Don’t Gazing Me,” awkwardly making eye contact with everyone standing around. Upon finishing the song, he stands up and just stares back at everyone, and more than half walk into and get a table at the buffet. The others approach and try talking to him, but he gives em the Madame Tussauds face, while you just stand and wait for his next move.

Boys Age walks around the corner, and a few minutes later comes coiling a wire that’s been wrapped thick around his forearm. He makes eye contact with you and mumble-yells “Don’t Gazing Me!” So you leave and pre-order the newest Boys Age tape Calm Time off Burger Records. Oh, there’s a sample track “Don’t Gazing Me.” Shit that’s good marketing.
