From the auto-tuned vocals to the gesture of an Irish jig that hops in at around 40 seconds to the silkily smooth jazz saxophone sample that follows that, “Tranquilamente” is all over the place in a way I love. It’s a weird one, then, like a strange encounter, it’s over. I hope to hear more of these experiments from her this year :)!
