There’s some bullshit surrounding Žiga Murko’s newest Acorn Tapes’ cassette entitled, SINGER OF SORCERY about the producer coming to New York City and making the entire release off the “inspiration” received from a particular visit. Or maybe a few visits. Either way, I’ve no idea what it means to be a New Yorker. Nahh. Not even like, “This is peak ‘America’ in the most melting-pot, genuine cultural installation/reappropriation/religion/[etc.etc.etc.] that questioning the product within the product of that product that enhances the product by buying all products is a product of the production. Or as much as it can be said without losing interest and.. well, SINGER OF SORCERY by Žiga Murko can be demystified on Acorn Tapes via digital or cassette. Taste it below:
