♫♪  Paul Cherry - “So Easy”

Paul Cherry is my favorite kinda creep. “So Easy” is that lovable jam that is just about letting go. Like, I was having this discussion with someone yesterday about how people hang on to things so long that it destroys THEM more than anything else involved in a situation. OR, you can let go of the fact that your cousin bomb some house warming party of yours five years ago because he got tanked and kept talking about titty-fucking guests, in front of the guests. These guests will never see him again. It’s not like Joe does this type of nonsense anymore, he’s got four kids and is married now, and maybe if we all just gave into apology and committed to bringing sensibility to those who fuck up, the world might all go to hell. That, or end a lot of mental burden, or both.

Paul Cherry explains this in a tone that’s just as forgiving as the notion of anything being “So Easy.” There’s laid back appeal and gravitational undertone, serenaded with distant steel drums (??) harmonizing to the slickest little lick-played guitar strums, and a steady beat that melts all anxiety. So give in already. Do a u-turn in your pants. Paul Cherry does things. You could too! “I could be ‘So Easy’!”
