Debacle announces late summer releases from High Aura'd and Aquarelle, because everyone knows late summer is Drone Season

Seattle’s OG noise/drone/American Primitive/psych boss label Debacle has already been turning up the heat this year, with stellar records from Camedor and Elkhorn. But the back half of 2017 is poised for a pair of equally steamy releases from the esteemed imprint: No River Long Enough Doesn’t Contain a Bend, from High Aura’d, and Leave Corners, the latest from Ryan Potts’ Aquarelle project.

Streaming below are a pair of brief tracks to get you “in the mood” for summer’s decline. High Aura’d brings out that drone/acoustic zing I so desperately need right now, while Aquarelle continues to amaze with melodic, blissful walls of sound. No River Long Enough Doesn’t Contain a Bend drops October 27 and Leave Corners on September 15. Mark your calendars, get those pre-orders in (here and here), just do whatever you need to do to remind yourself to cop these choice, drawling sounds. Chord changes? Who needs ‘em?
