Fatima Al Qadiri announces debut full-length on Hyperdub, invites you to "like" any pages devoted to guns and explosions on Facebook

INCOMING, MOTHERFUCKERS! Information is scant on this at this moment, but Hyperdub has let us know shock-and-awe grime specialist Fatima Al Qadiri (whose last EP Desert Strike was pretty cool by all us violence-lovers here at TMT) has announced that she’ll be releasing her debut album on the Hyperdub label. The thing is set for release on May 5 and is entitled Asiatisch.

Since I’m a busy and willful American, I don’t know what that word means and can’t be bothered to look it up. But it sounds sorta German and Asian at the same time, so that’s probably how the album will sound, right? I hope that’s not too weird, though. Like I kinda said earlier, I’m a huge fan of violence and all, but I don’t like music that’s too weird. You know?
