For the 17th time, Shambhala Music Festival is set to once again invade the Bundschuh family’s Salmo River Ranch, located in the West Kootenay region of Southern British Columbia. From August 8-11, approximately 10,000 free-loving hippies, hardcore ravers, cosplay fanatics, and everyday speaker-humpers will enjoy what is arguably the most epic and diverse lineup in the Canadian festival’s long, storied history. Six stages will have the limits of their massive sound systems pushed to the brink by over 300 house, jungle, dubstep, hip-hop, trance, indietronic, ambient, glitch, beatboxing, turntablist, and what-have-you artists, some 80 of them international, including Benji Vaughan (Prometheus), Opiuo, Beats Antique, Mark Farina, Mr. Scruff, Justin Martin, Andy C, Phaeleh, ODESZA, Danny Byrd, Beardyman, Casual, Z-Trip, Moby, A Tribe Called Red, Paper Diamond, Skream, J. Phlip, Bassnectar, and ill.Gates.

There’s something for everybody, at all hours. You can strike sparks anywhere.

Check out their complete lineup and schedule on the Shambhala website.
