The Dead Milkmen plan West Coast tour, cruise the coast in a.... reasonable van

Hey, Tiny Mix Tapes readers, what’s happenin’?

“Sigh. Are we really going to do this? The whole ‘Bitchin Camaro’ bit? Yes, we know, it’s a story about The Dead Milkmen. You know they made more than that one song, right? Too lazy to make a ‘We only have it iced’ reference? Or something about a horse-meat dish? I think we all saw this whole thing a mile away. But, please, what were you gonna do?”

Well. Um. I was gonna replace “Bitchin’ Camaro” with “Reasonable Van” because, you know, The Dead Milkmen are old these days. They’re responsible. You get it?

“Yeah. I get it. Great stuff. Get on with the story.”

Alright, fine. Classic irreverent punk act The Dead Milkmen are doing their first West Coast tour in almost three years. They’ll be playing a string of dates in April going from Vancouver down to Los Angeles. Last year, they put out Pretty Music For Pretty People, their second post-reunion album since getting back together in 2008. And they’ve been doing it all in a REASON—

“Shut up.”
