Thee Oh Sees, on top of being insanely prolific (I mean, how the fuck do they put out so many records in such a short period?) and insanely consistent in turning out top-notch scuzzed-out rock ‘n’ roll, still manage to tout themselves as road warriors. Riding the coattails of Warm Slime (TMT Review) on In The Red, what many have said to be their most definitive release thus far, the band will be leaving trails of mucus throughout the greater US, excepting a quick stint at the Godspeed-curated ATP Nightmare Before Christmas in sunny England. Following all this tour business, the dudes and gal will be floatin’ on the Bruise Cruise with The Black Lips and a few others in February. Hmmm… no release on the horizon?
