Mute Records founder Daniel Miller sets rare series of DJ sets and synth lectures

The incomparable Daniel Miller, music producer and founder of Mute Records, is venturing to the US this winter for a series of DJ sets AND a synth lecture! A. Synth. LECTURE!!! The heart races.

Mr. Miller will be showing off his DJ skills in NY, LA, and SF. He’ll also be making an appearance at LA Modular 2016, which features live performances from the likes of Atlanta-based artist Richard Devine, musician/synth manufacturer Cyrusrex, Nitzer Ebb founding members Bon Harris, and Douglas J McCarthy/West Coast electronic artists Baseck, Rodent 516, and Anthony Baldino at the Teragram Ballroom in Downtown Los Angeles. Miller will be rocking the afterparty at the neighboring Monty Bar, too.

Meanwhile, the SF date signals the conclusion of the annual Noise Pop festival, and the NYC date finds the Mute boss sharing DJ honors with record producer/DJ Arthur Baker (famed collaborater with Afrika Bambaataa, Planet Patrol and New Order) and DJ Nikola Baytala (Kontrol).
