Oneohtrix Point Never reveals new album Garden of Delete

Oneohtrix Point Never released R Plus Seven in 2013, our favorite album of that year. So it’s with particular excitement that something’s brewing over at Oneohtrix Point Never’s official website. First, we have a picture that links to a PDF, which has a message “to the fans.” It talks about cumtrees, acne, “molting puberty,” and someone named Ezra. Then it features the best-looking questionnaire I’ve seen on the internet.

Turns out, that questionnaire comes from this website, and if you click a bit more, we discover that this person named Ezra (who answered the questionnaire) recently published an interview with Oneohtrix Point Never, which reveals a new album called Garden of Delete (G.O.D. for short). Track titles include “I Bite Through It,” “Ezra,” “Animal,” “Lift,” and “Sticky Drama.” The album is influenced in part by “cybernetic rock.” Read the full interview here.

Garden of Delete is out in November on Warp.
