You discover that not only are Sebadoh and Thurston Moore on tour, but at several blissful points on their combined itinerary, they’ll be touring together! It’s like catching a leprechaun at the end of a rainbow, verily.
The magic happens in October, the spoooookiest month! But don’t be scared, because the music of Sebadoh — who are hitting the road to rep their 2013 album Defend Yourself — and Thurston Moore, who’s got a new one, The Best Day, scheduled for a September release via Matador — will keep you warm in their musical embrace. Busy tours for both musical entities, with Sebadoh touring Europe in November and Thurston Moore holding it down at festivals like Riot Fest Chicago and Toronto, with improviser-in-residence duties at Hopscotch.
