♫♪  Lattice Moore - “Game”

St. Paul, MN bedroom-pop adventurer Lattice Moore (Theo Jacobson) is a new name to game, having self-released small batches of tunes to Bandcamp over the last year of the project’s existence. Well, Theo, forget about this self-release business, ‘cuz you’re going BIG TIME. Forged Artifacts, located in Minneapolis (aka the other half of the Twin Cities), has Lattice Moore’s debut album Split on deck, and the thirteen lo-fi pop gems on this album are gonna light it up. I could give you a track by track run down but I’m gonna talk about one tune in particular, “Game,” that’s my kind of jam. This one’s not too long (right under two minutes), but just the right amount of time for the jangly, psych-pop vibrations sink in. Split drops April 29 and, if you’re feelin’ it, cassette and digital PRE-ORDER info is already up.
