This is the fifth album from the now duo of songwriter Jonathan Scott and programmer David Jackson. Their first such release in half a decade, Shaded Lodge was somehow recorded while Jackson was in North Carolina and Scott was in the Windy City, with the two of them communicating only by email. Most of the time, it shows. Aside from that, there really isn't much more I can add that I haven't already explained in the rating. Meh.
