In case you thought that the RIAA had moved on to other issues, you’ll be pleased to know that it’s still continuing the legal battle against the threatening scum of the internets, a.k.a. illegal file-sharers. According to TorrentFreak, close to 100,000 peer-to-peer lawsuits have been filed over the past year in the US alone. Most of the lawsuits, however, are primarily from the film industry, including the adult industry, which really begs the question: why is everyone downloading The Sexual Network and Sex Toy Story 3 from Soulseek and Kazaa? It’s 2011 now, you guys. Get with the times and join Netflix or use a little website called Google to find your illegal files in a less obvious manner. Also, RIAA, really? REALLY? It’s time for you to get with it as well. And no, that doesn’t just mean listening to James Blake!
