Well, Atmosphere has been around now for 25 years. So, sure, The Doc might be a billionaire, but whatevs! Slug and Ant are like the kings of the indie rap scene, slayin’ you emcees like you ain’t shit cuz you ain’t. Fuh real doe.
Hot off the release of Southsiders, the Minneapolis duo’s seventh full-length, Slug and Ant have been making headlines all over the shop. Slug spoke to NPR’s All Things Considered, they’ve been releasing a bunch of videos, and now they will be hittin’ the road. In fact, the tour just kicked off this week.
