Knock Knock marks the first official, corporeal “album” from the German DJ since 2013’s Amygdala, though his spectral image has appeared briefly over those 5 years to release loads of material, including some chakra-bending singles and one of the most Earth-alchemizing DJ mixes of recent memory. Out May 4, Knock Knock features help from Bon Iver, José Gonzalez, Sophia Kennedy, Róisín Murphy, and, wait…the earthling ego of Marvel’s Nightcrawler???
