Coca-Cola has announced that later this month they will launch Coca-Cola Music, a collaboration between the soda giant and today’s hottest bands. First up? Maroon 5, of course! They’re pretty relevant these days, right? Either way, Coke will fuel the Maroon 5 dudes for something they’re calling a “24hr Session,” which will take place on March 22 and will feature the band creating a song over a 24-hour period by incorporating user suggestions. That’s going to take a whole lot of “Coke” for them to stay awake for 24 hours.
Coca-Cola aren’t stopping with Maroon 5, though. They’ve also decided it’s time people pay attention to this little French band known as Daft Punk, by slapping their robot-clad faces on Coke bottles. Now Daft Punk will get the acclaim they deserve! Thanks, Coca-Cola!
