Jasper Lotti is an LA/Maine-based producer of nebulous and emotive, beat-driven experimental pop. After releasing three very different, but equally thrilling singles earlier in the year, Lotti has just announced the October 4 release of her debut EP, XOskeleton.

The musician’s latest single, “Idea of Me,” tackled the subject of toxic romanticization of the ideas we ascribe to our partners, with Lotti’s crystal-clear voice anchored by a trap-derived low-end thud. The video for the song was recorded with a MacBook in a public space, and shows the artist performing a dance routine with slightly confused passers-by in the backdrop.

While touring Europe this summer, Lotti stopped by in London to record an eclectic show for NTS. You can stream it here. Below, check out “Idea of Me:”

XOskeleton tracklisting:

01. Ur So Vague
02. Idea of Me
03. Bad Juju
04. Body On The Shoreline
05. Take U There
06. Find A Way
07. Touch U (Find A Way Pt. 2)
