Man, Divers was so awesome when it came out last fall, wasn’t it?
Sigh… I only wish Joanna Newsom could, like, release that album all-over-again or something, so that she could go out on tour and I could get “EXCITED AF” again like I was back then.
Oh wait, what’s THIS? A miracle! This September, Newsom is playing a set at End of the Road Festival in the UK, and since she’ll have the ol’ band together anyway, she’s also decided to head down south for a few extra shows “for the first time in almost six years”? Hallelujah! This is just the excuse I needed to relive the excitement of Divers all over again. I’ll even embed a music video from the album before I post the dates and everything, just watch me! Okay, here I go.
