John Maus announces MAUSSIVE 2019 North American tour

You ever think about seeing John Maus in… MIAMI!?

Lemme tell ya: I think about it all the time. Maus — in that uniform of button down and jeans — up there on stage alone except for lights synced to MIDI, palm trees all around, the audience a see of tanned bods in swim trunks and bikinis, while Maus intones “JACKIE CHAN FLASHING ALL ACROSS THE WORLD.” Mmmmm-MMM! That’s some good fantisizin’.

And it turns out now’s the perfect time to be thinking these thoughts, because John Maus just announced an enormous number of tour dates for 2019, including a performance at Miami’s III Points Festival.

In recent Maus milestone news, John Maus was recently named the twenty-seventh most streamed Minnesota music act of all time on Spotify in an article published by Twin Cities alt-weekly City Pages. Hey, BIG TIME!

Maus’ new dates continue his support behind last year’s Screen Memories and Addendum. As with Maus’ recent dates, these shows will feature an augmented one-man line-up. Check ‘em out below…after the clip, of course! (Okay, roll that football clip!)
