Last week, I was in Australia talking to the citizenry asking them about what they miss culturally by being an isolated continent with a serious cultural lacking. Once I collated my data, I found that, besides daily professional wrestling programs, what the Aussies miss most is drone and/or doom metal.
Eager to help the problem, I got on the phone with Al Cisneros and his drone and/or doom metal band OM and begged them to play Australia so that all the Aboriginals could finally experience the ominous, brooding, and totally metal world of OM. Supporting OM throughout their Outback pilgrimage will be Lichens and Blarke Baker/BlackWidow, with special guests at each show.
