Caring for yourself is hard, because you have to accept that you are deserving of care. Luckily, Ariel Zetina (whom, full disclosure, used to hang out around here sometimes) is back from the sea, and she’s brought the Shell EP with her to help you help yourself.
The first release on JEROME affiliate Head Charge Recordings, these two gauzy tracks are like a warm bath on a rainy day – sure to leave you feeling rested, relaxed, and ready to look after yourself.
On the remix tip, be sure to try out Jasmine Infiniti’s exfoliating take on “Cleanhouse,” or the weightless soundscape that is Emily Glass’s interpretation of “Valenzetina.” The Shell EP is out August 22.
