Death Grips post Epic Records infringement letter on Facebook, get their asses FIRED for it, Future-Marty McFly-style

Ugh. Okay, Here’s the deal: I guess too many people must have stopped talking about Death Grips for a little while following the early release of NO LOVE DEEP WEB (TMT Review), so the band posted their letters of infringement that Epic sent them publicly on their Facebook page, according to Pitchfork.

Yup. Story checks out. Here they are. Look at them if you want to. Controversy, edginess, etc.

P.S. Their Twitter account is gone, I guess. Pitchfork says that the band confirmed deleting it themselves. Okay, NOW that’s definitely all there is to this story, right? Penises and middle fingers to you all! Byyyyyyyye! <3 <3 <3

P.P.S. Wait, WHAT? In that same link I just posted, Pitchfork says that Epic Records is officially dropping them now, stating “When marketing and publicity stunts trump the actual music, we must remind ourselves of our core values” and “to that end, effective immediately, we are working to dissolve our relationship with Death Grips”?!? Ugh, you know, I didn’t even notice that the first time. Oh well.
