S U R V I V E, the group behind the Stranger Things score, to release sophomore LP on Holodeck

[Troy McClure voice:] You might know Austin instrumental electronic quartet S U R V I V E from the release of their their 2012 debut LP on Berlin-based label Mannequin, from an appearance on the soundtrack for the 2014 Adam Wingard-directed pic The Guest starring Dan Stevens (I’m assuming there’s some significant experimental synth/Downton Abbeycrossover here), or from half the group’s work scoring the Netflix smash Stranger Things. And now you’ll know them as the latest dark electro group to join the Holodeck Records family. Yes—deep within our collective soul, I think we all had to know this was a Holodeck artist behind the amazing Stranger Things soundtrack.

S U R V I V E are about to release their second full-length, titled HD037, which will be available as a cassette via Holodeck and a CD/LP via Relapse. Recorded and produced by member Michael Stein at Austin’s Omniverse Studios, you can pick this baby up on September 30. Check out track “A.H.B.” here:
