Enter year #2 of the mixed festival that is Project Pabst by MusicfestNW. At this year’s fest, the skies of Portland were once again filled with smoke and ash, and the air was hot and sticky. But while we suffered in the weather, we rejoiced in the sweet, sweet tunes brought to us over two days on the waterfront.
