Back in April we got a taste of new material from Melbourne, Australia based Roland Tings. All we knew at the time was that a new LP was coming in the fall, and it was all shrouded in mystery and we were forbidden from knowing any more.
Well now the forbidden fruit must be tasted, as Roland Tings is set to unleash his latest album, Salt Water, this November via Cascine (who also put out his 2017 effort Each Moment A Diamond).
Mr. Tings spent some time away from Melbourne while creating the record and said he “focused on making music that encapsulated cool temperatures, low flying clouds, eucalyptus trees, rainforest paths, crashing surf, sandstone cliffs, open fires and thundering waterfalls.”
